All ski boot fittings and adjustments are by appointment.

Fitting Details:
This fee includes all labour required to assess and fit your ski boots, plus our Boot Fit Guarantee with qualifying purchases.
If we determine that we don’t have suitable boots for you or refer you elsewhere, the fitting fee will not be charged.

We also offer retrofitting for boots bought elsewhere (including from our own website):
Walk-In Appointments:
Walk-ins may be available, but not guaranteed - especially in the run-up to Christmas and February half-term. We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Ski & Snowboard Servicing
Please see our services and prices here.
Our on-site servicing workshop is fully operational with a general turnaround time of one week. Turnaround may be longer during peak periods (Christmas, New Year, February half-term), so we recommend bringing your equipment in early.
No Appointment Needed:
You don’t need an appointment to drop off your skis or snowboard for servicing.
Please remove bindings from snowboards before bringing them in.
