Delivery Information
We always aim to deliver your order efficiently, securely, and at the best possible price. However, due to increased courier charges - particularly for long items like skis and poles, please note the following updates.
Shipping Costs for Skis & Poles
Ski Poles: Delivery is £30 due to length surcharges applied by the couriers.
→ If possible, we recommend collecting from the store to avoid this fee.
Skis: Base delivery cost is £30.
→ We are actively exploring alternative shipping options, but most couriers currently apply high charges for long-length items.
If you place an order and the shipping cost appears high, we will always try to reduce this where possible and refund any savings back to you.
Click & Collect Service
Prefer to pick up your order in person? Use our Click & Collect option at checkout.
Most orders are ready within a few hours of being placed (except skis).
If someone else is collecting your order, please notify us in advance and ensure they bring proof of purchase.
Ski orders requiring setup and waxing cannot be collected the same day.

Delivery Policy & Security
For your security and peace of mind:
Signatures are required on all high-value orders.
We will not instruct couriers to leave parcels in insecure locations (e.g. porches, bins, garages, or over fences).
Please ensure someone is available to accept and sign for your delivery.
Delivery Timelines
Working days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Orders to Highlands, Islands, and BFPO addresses may take longer.
Extreme weather conditions or courier delays may impact delivery times.
