Ski Gear
Ski Jacket – Waterproof with a lift pass pocket and a snow skirt
Ski Pants – Waterproof and breathable
Ski Gloves or Mittens – Insulated is a must and waterproof is recommended
Baselayers – Merino or synthetic thermal tops and bottoms (No cotton)
Midlayers – Warm fleeces or breathable half-zips
Neck Tube or Buff – Much safer than regular scarfs
Hat or Beanie
Ski Socks – Long ski specific socks (not cotton)
Ski Goggles – We recommend CAT 2 for versatility. These protect against wind, snow and UV. For teenagers look at adult Ski Goggles.
Ski Helmet – If not provided with hire, a helmet is essential and we recommend one with MIPS but as always getting the correct fit is critical and much more important than features.
Sunglasses – CAT 3-4 for UV protection
