You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Cushier foams make it easy to step-in, the outside placement of the Talyn® fabric facilitates customization, while the elastic toe box naturally adapts to the available space.

Fully customizable
With the Coreframe 360, you can now customize the cuff, shell and liner to enjoy Salomon's most tailor-fitted boot.

Power
A combination of Salomon's high-performance Coreframe, Sense Amplifier and Sense Strap technologies guarantee progressivity and rebound for elation at every turn.
All ski boots purchased online may have been tried on once or multiple times in our store and therefore may occasionally have minor cosmetic marks.
Any older season models with reductions may have more markings.

TECHNOLOGIES: Sensifit insert
The soft PU Sensifit™ insert on the external side of the shell makes it super easy to step in the boot, delivering easy step-in and anatomical wrapping of the instep.

CUFF: Polyurethane
Material with consistent density that ensures perfect wrapping, progressivity and good power transmission.

CUFF: Fiberglass Coreframe
The Coreframe brings lightness, enhances sensations and increases power. It is a composite insert (fiberglass charged) that guarantees the boot's rigidity on performance boots.

CUFF: Custom Shell HD
The Custom Shell HD process lets bootfitters personalize to the boot’s lower shell or cuff in 10 minutes, while thin wall construction and new materials keep the foot closer to it.

STRAP: Sense 45mm
This 45mm thick strap holds the foot securely in place and optimizes power transmission.

PADS: Gripwalk premounted ISO 23223
GripWalk pads are premounted and their specific shape offers improved walking comfort and more grip no matter the conditions.

BUCKLES: 4 riveted aluminium 3D
Choose from 3 different positions of the instep buckle for optimum in-step comfort, full customization and personalized foot hold.

ADJUSTMENT: Flex adjuster
Depending on the snow conditions, the Flex Adjuster allows you to boost or smooth your flex.

ADJUSTMENT: Riveted oversized pivot
The Riveted Oversized Pivot ensures perfect power transmission between cuff and shell.
