Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.

Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

The new ALLTRACK 90 delivers an award-winning fusion of power, precision, and hiking performance in our anatomic 102mm fit. Compatible with WTR rockered soles, Alltrack offers ski-hike versatility combined with traditional alpine performance that continues to go unmatched. Sensor Grid shell technology and OptiSensor 3D liners deliver optimized foot wrapping, comfort, warmth and support.
 
Sensor Grid 102mm:
Two internal lasts based on the same construction, designed to fit as closely as possible to the foot with perfect anatomical wrap.102 mm for ALLTRACK models
 
Diagonal Buckles:
Patented diagonally-oriented buckles provide better shell wrap and fit, and are easier to align during entry and exit. The diagonal angle pulls the foot back into the heel pocket for increased support.
 
OPTISENSOR LINERS deliver a new level of optimized foot wrapping with strategically placed external features, providing a sock-like, contoured fit. New external materials in key fit-zones (instep, ankle, and heel), allow precise foot envelopment and improved interaction between the foot, liner, and shell. 
 
Hike Mode:
A lever at the rear of the cuff lets you easily toggle between the SKI and HIKE positions. When the lever is pulled up, it creates a slight flexion to the front to unlock the cuff. Lever up: HIKE position - Lever down: SKI position

Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.
