You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Nubuck/Suede upper. Breathable, water/snow resistant with Raintex protection . Faux fur trim. Fully fleece lined. Waterproof rubber sole contoured for grip.

    Have had these for a couple of years and they are wonderful. I have worn them in the snow and walking on ice and my feet stayed warm and dry. The anti slip bit is fab too. Cant recommend them highly enough!

    Lovely boots, very warm, come up slightly big so wear thick socks. Comfortable and look really nice on.

    Easy to order and excellent service regarding delivery. The boots fit well and feel very warm - Ive not worn them outside yet but looking at the weather forecast they will get some wear at the weekend!!

    Just received these and they look stylish! Having tramped around for a couple of hours they are both comfy and warm, with a good rigid sole. Should be good for apres ski. Ive given 4 stars as havent tried in snow or rain yet.

    Fit well, look smart, and I really like them! The acid test will be when I take them skiing for Christmas! I am expecting warm and waterproof!!
