Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.

Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

If you wear orthotic insoles, custom made insoles the HEAT KIT sole is the ideal heat source. The installation of the heating system is very easy. A self-adhesive, high-quality Cambrelle® cover protects the entire heating element.
 
Set consists of a pair of self adhesive Cambrelle covers, heat elements to attach to any type of existing insoles; and a pair of Therm-ic C-Pack 1700 Bluetooth batteries to clip onto your ski boots. USB charging cable (wall charging plug not included).
 
Insoles with thin descreet heating elements at the toes area. Keep your blood circulating and toes warmer for upto 29 hours with with the batteries.
 
The insoles can easily be trimmed and can comfortably fit into ski and snow boots. 
 
Batteries have 3 heat settings, low, medium and high.
 
Battery charging approximately takes between 4 to 6 hours. Batteries simply clip onto your boots
 
 
Bluetooth Function
 
Treat yourself to a complete solution and connect your Therm-ic products to your smartphone! With our batteries' new Bluetooth function and the Thermic mobile app, you can consult and adjust the heat setting for your socks, insoles and gloves in real time using your smartphone. You can also link your product's performance to your activity, i.e. skiing, hiking, trail activities, running, mountaineering, trekking, etc.
 
Share Therm-ic with your friends and family! The app allows you to add and manage up to four user profiles and four Therm-ic heating products. The Bluetooth function is wonderfully convenient and makes your batteries easier to use.

Medium Setting: 9-13 hours
High Setting: 4-6 hours

    Custom insoles you keep. The elements go on top of the insoles and then apply the thin self adhesive cover supplied on top of the insole. Trim cover as needed to size of insole.
