You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The Miracle Fibre. Merino is much finer than traditional wool, and is technically more complex than synthetics. Tiny overlapping scales case the fibre. They're hydrophilic (water resistant), like tiles on a roof. Inside it's a different story - the fibre is highly absorbent. Icebreaker merino is the most hydrophilic of all fibres and can absorb and release 10x more moisture than synthetics. Each fibre can absorb up to one third of its own weight in moisture without feeling clammy or wet to touch. Your icebreaker can then release this moisture into the atmosphere to keep you feeling warm and dry. Non bacterial, no odour, non flammable, easy to wash.

    Excellent attractive and functional top for skiing. The thumb holes are especially useful for ensuring that there are no gaps between top and gloves. I wear it over an icebreaker base layer and together they keep me very warm.
