Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.

Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

This ski jacket uses Pertex flex material to give it a cool, strong matt finish. Durable enough for all-mountain skiing, but also super light.

The first thing you notice about the Atomic Treeline 2L Flex jacket range is that it’s incredibly light and non bulky. The next thing you notice is how fuss-free and simple it is – one jacket with everything you need inside. For skiers who want a top-class insulated jacket to keep them warm, protected and light all through the winter.
 
The Atomic Treeline 2L Flex Jacket M is a sophisticated jacket, but with a cool, clean design. It’s covered with Pertex flex material that gives it a matt finish and makes it tough and waterproof enough for all-mountain skiing. But thanks to PrimaLoft Silver insulation it’s also super warm. Strategically placed Thermaflect lining over key areas like shoulders and kidneys, and a snug jacket-to-pant interface, combine to keep you warm and dry without restricting your movement. We’ve also incorporated vents at the front for easier access and better temperature control, plus a dedicated music pouch with headphone access.
