Pre-Order

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.


Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Christmas Returns – 12 January

All orders placed in November and December are subject to extended Christmas returns and will be offered a full refund if returned by 12th January.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.


Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.


Return Costs & Responsibility


Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.


Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

Our new Atomic Hawx 2.0 110 has a slightly more forgiving flex than the 120 or 130, but it’s still right up there in terms of all-mountain performance – the ideal custom ski boot for sporty resort skiers.

The legendary medium fit hasn’t changed, but we’ve added Memory Fit, so you can get a completely personalized shell, cuff and liner in minutes. With new Power Shift you can now also adjust your forward lean and crank your flex index to 120 to fully suit you.

We’ve introduced revolutionary Sole Flex to the sole of the boot for enhanced balance, underfoot feel and control.

The light, re-engineered Gold liner now features 3M™ Thinsulate™ Platinum Insulation to keep your feet warm and responsive in even the coldest, dampest conditions. Finished with a lighter build and optional WTR Grip Pads for easier walking, this ski boot is about skiing hard, but still in comfort.

The Hawx flex area has moved from the side of the shell to the sole of the boot. This are provides a more natural bending line, promoting better balance, better feel underfoot and more control.

3M™ THINSULATE™ INSULATION
A lightweight, completely re-engineered liner with 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation keeps feet warm and responsive even in extremely cold and damp conditions. Thinsulate Platinum surrounds the whole foot while standard Thinsulate is placed in the toe box only.

The next step in boot fitting Atomic Memory Fit is an advancement in heat-fitting technology that takes fit, comfort and performance to the next level.
And because it’s a faster process and available on two of the market’s top selling boots, it’s a great addition to the fitting service we can offer our customers.
 
Complete adaptation
With Memory Fit all three elements of the boot adapt to the foot – shell, cuff and liner – and memorizes the entire foot shape.
Expansion can be up to 6 mm in total forefoot width and up to 10 mm in total ankle/navicular width. The result is a permanent and complete anatomical fit for your feet.
 
5-minute heating
Memory Fit is one of the quickest heat-fitting technologies available. We can now heat a shell and cuff in just five minutes.
 
MEMOLINK
Memolink is Atomics special plastic additive that has been developed to work within Atomic boots. Memolink improves the mouldability and stretch characteristics of our plastics and guarantees adhesion during and after the Memory Fit process.
