You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The new women's Alltrack 70 W introduces a revolutionary fusion of on-trail precision, freeride versatility and a forgiving 102mm fit for aspiring skiers. 
 
New Sensor Grid shell technology for increased energy transmission, new Opti-Sensor 3D liners with Thinsulate insulation enhance forefoot wrapping and warmth. Grip soles provide increased traction and durability. With a specific women cuff, including a new ski-hike mode, Alltrack Women is the new reference of "all-mountain free" boots, delivering maximum hiking range-of-motion and unprecedented downhill performance. WTR rockered soles sold separately for even easier hiking and walking.
 
 
SENSOR GRID - 102MM
A clearly visible grid built into the shell both inside and outside. It enhances the shell while also boosting its torsional and flexural rigidity for exceptional skiing performance. It improves foot envelopment thanks to the diagonally structured frame, enabling more precise steering. INTERNAL LAST 2 all-new internal lasts based on the same construction, designed to fit as close as possible to the foot with perfect anatomical wrap: 100 mm for ALLTRACK PRO models. 102 mm for ALLTRACK models.
 
Comfort Fit Guarantee
 
Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with a "Fit Guarantee". After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. Please keep your original receipt. If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit Guarantee Charge" i.e 30% of the price paid. Cash refunds will not be given. The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line. This guarantee is additional to your statutory rights.
