You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The new HEAD AdaptEdge range of ski boots is the first ski boot whose last can be changed with one easy turn of a screw. Two Width Lasts with One Turn.
 
When it comes to ski boots, the perfect balance between traction and comfort is a key factor: A narrow last increases the precision of power transmission but might interfere with the riding comfort. 
A broad last surrounds the foot nicely and soft, but reaches its performance limits at high speed.
 
HEAD presents the AdaptEdge range of ski boots, the first ski boot whose last width can be changed with a simple Allen key. 
HEAD Adaptive Fit Technology is based on a newly designed shell with a compression zone, placed under the forefoot. 
 
This Head Challenger 110 ski boot is the result when you mix perfect shape and legendary comfort. 
 
The Challenger 110 ski boot is aimed at strong, aggressive, competent skiers who like to ski hard and fast all day
 
New LIner for 2014: Perfect Fit "S" liner, heat mouldable for the perfect custom fit to you foot shape.
The whole boot with the liners are heated in a special oven in our ski shop.
 
POWER SKI HIKE
Provides the easiest selection of ski and hike/walk mode available. 
Easy to identify and operate, yet providing a powerful connection between the cuff and shell for maximum precision and power transmission.

Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.

DOUBLE POWER SPINEFLEX BUCKLES
Spineflex is a revolutionary buckle concept with a flexible element and a constant
closure point. The flexible element allows the buckle to adapt to the shell profile and thus provide a homogeneous foot wrapping 
independent from the degree of closure. 
The increased precision and comfort created from the absence of pressure points results in better performance.
