Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.

Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

The new HEAD AdaptEdge range of ski boots is the first ski boot whose last can be changed with one easy turn of a screw. Two Width Lasts with One Turn.
 
When it comes to boots, the perfect balance between traction and com­fort is a key factor: A narrow last increases the precision of power transmission but might interfere with the riding comfort. A broad last surrounds the foot nicely and soft, but reaches its performance limits at high speed.
 
HEAD presents the AdaptEdge range of ski boots, the first ski boot whose last can be changed with a simple Allen key. 
 
HEAD Adaptive Fit Technology is based on a newly designed shell with a compression zone, placed under the forefoot.
 
The last’s width can be easily changed from 104 mm to 102 mm with the supplied Allen key.
 
On the one hand, the Adaptive Fit Technology increases the performance radius of the worldwide extremely successful Head Edge line; ambitious skiers will experience more precision with the 102 mm adjustment.
 
On the other hand, Adaptive Fit provides additional security for comfort-oriented skiers. They can adapt their last to their personal needs, no matter where or when.

Liner: HP HeatFit - Heat mouldable and personalized to your individual foot shape in less than 10 mins. Anatomical frame footbed, 35mm velcro strap, prepared for heating system.
 
Shell: PU/SL with 4 micro-adjustable Spine-Tech alloy buckles, 2 double power buckles, 1 supermacro ratchet. Features: Adaptive Fit Technology, Triple Inj. Energy Frame, Easy Entry Shell, Stiffer/softer flex adjustment, double canting, adjustable rear spoiler, SoftWalk Heel + Grip system.
 
 
 
 
Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.
