You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

If you're the kind of person who can't contemplate a winter without skiing – a seasoned skier who’s completely at home both on and off-piste – then our EIBERG W could be the perfect ski jacket for all your needs.

Designed for both on-piste skiing and freeriding, it comes equipped with innovative, soft mTHERM padding to keep your upper body warm. Meanwhile, the mTEX 10.000 membrane ensures the jacket is breathable while keeping the wind and moisture out.

In addition, the 2-way stretch fabric allows you to move with complete freedom on every descent, while the environmentally friendly, PFC-free finish ensures that the outer material stays dry, preventing it from getting cold and heavy with moisture.

The EIBERG W has soft cuffs extending over the backs of the hands, with thumb holes to prevent them from riding up, plus a removable hood with various configuration options to keep the cold and wind at bay. A handy snow guard protects against snow flying upwards from below.

To cap things off, the ski jacket has a handy cleaning cloth for your goggles, three large outer zip pockets and two large inner pockets for all your bits and pieces.
