14 Day No Quibble Returns.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product isn’t quite right. If you need to return an item, please read the following guidelines to ensure a smooth process.

Standard Returns – 14 Days

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • In resalable condition

  • Unused

  • Returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging

Once the return is received and checked, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Snow Boot Returns – Important Note

Please do not tape, write on, or return snow boots using only the original product box.
This makes the product unsellable, and may result in a reduced refund.
Always place the box inside outer packaging before sending it back.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days will be accepted for a store credit only, issued via reward points to your customer account.

Return Costs & Responsibility

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be clean and free of damage.

  • For used or faulty returns (e.g. ski jackets, pants), the item must be washed before returning due to health and hygiene regulations.
    We reserve the right to refuse or reduce refunds for soiled or unwashed garments.

Incorrect or Unsuitable Orders

While we will do our best to resolve any issues, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct item has been ordered

  • The product is suitable for your intended use

If items are returned that do not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to charge for any loss or additional handling costs incurred.

The stunning Monterosa Jacket is plush in every way – the kind of jacket that makes you excited for winter. Four-way stretch fabric is soft and cozy, while providing superior waterproofing and breathability, so you’re warm and dry no matter the conditions. Primaloft® insulation offers warmth without bulk, and the stylish, oversized hood with removable fur is easy to detach when the temperatures warm up. The Monterosa’s chic style works just as well on city streets as it does in the resort village.
 
4-way stretch
Comfort and fluid movement thanks to the fabric's stretchiness.
 
Defender
A product of Eider research, the Defender® membrane guarantees garments that are at once waterproof, windproof and breathable
 
DWR finish
A durable water repellent (DWR) finish is a surface treatment that stops water from penetrating fabric: water beads up and rolls away.
 
Low Impact
LOW IMPACT is a unique standard based on two essential eco-design criteria : eco-friendly material (at least 40% of the product weight must use eco-friendly material), and certifications (at least 80% of the product weight must be BLUESIGN® approved).
 
Primaloft insulation
A lightweight, air-permeable and hydrophobic fabric that keeps you comfortably warm even in the harshest weather conditions.
