You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

NB: This Custom carbon insole is custom moulded using a specialist FitPod system in our Sevenoaks shop.

Heat-Moldable Carbon Fiber Stabilizer Cap: The heat-moldable, 3/4-length stabilizer cap is reinforced with EVOLyte™, Superfeet’s proprietary carbon ber & polymer blend, and delivers exceptional, customized support for all-day comfort and performance.
 
Special Dual Layer, Dual Density Foam: Developed to give more cushion under your foot without compromising responsiveness, feel or control.
 
Biomechanical Shape: The structured heel cup, distinct Superfeet shape, and semi-flexible toe crest are biomechanically designed to support a more static stance in the boot.
 
Responsive Temperature Control: The top cover is treated with Outlast® Adaptive Comfort® to absorb, store and release warmth.
 
Foil Forefoot & Beveled Edge: A light-but-durable insulating foil deflects cold away from the forefoot while the beveled edge improves the fit in tighter fitting boots.
