You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

This sleek, easy-wearing new kids helmet features our finest performance technologies in a lightweight yet durable design. Finding the perfect fit is simple—we’ve outfitted the Launch with two youth size options. Offering optimal goggle fit combined with a soft, cozy interior and Super Cool vents keeps kids comfortable all day long.
 
IN-MOULD CONSTRUCTION
In-Mould Construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making in-mould helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
 
IN FORM™ FIT SYSTEM
The In Form™ system is a low-profile fit and stability system that makes it easy to dial-in the fit and feel of your helmet in seconds – even with gloves on. An ergo-friendly dial at the base of the helmet provides up to 6 cm of fit adjustment, and the system also includes a separate vertical turning feature that adjusts the fore / aft tilt of the helmet on your head to enhance peripheral vision and optimise the fit of the helmet with goggles.
 
SUPER COOL™ VENTS
Super Cool vents pull cool, fresh air into the helmet while pushing heat and stale air out. By maximising efficiency and optimising vent shapes, the collective cooling power of Super Cool vents helps to regulate your core temperature and keep you feeling fresh all day.
