You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The Panterra 120 GW with medium flex index and GripWalk soles has been designed for good to advanced skiers who want a boot with an adaptable fit and exceptional comfort.

Its Powercage design and milled outer shell result in optimum power distribution across the entire boot and reduce the weight without compromising on stability. A variable sole angle with a canting system under the foot and adjustable cuff volume provides additional ways of adapting the boot to your personal preference. The new tongue integrates better into the shell, improves ergonomics and produces more rebound.

The three-part cabrio design also delivers even flex and damping as well as support at the sides and rear. Getting into and out of the boot is now easier than ever.

The Panterra 120 GW is really comfortable to wear and walk in, thanks to its GripWalk soles, hike mode with 51° radius of motion and adjustable outer shell.

The new Instant Fit Performer liner now has a larger toe box. To shape it to your foot, simply warm it up for a few minutes in the shop. The 3D Grip texture also makes the Panterra extremely robust.

Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.

MY FIT
The My Fit boot system enables easy and quick customization both of the shell and the liner. Thanks to the pre-formed anatomical contours in the shell, each My Fit boot already comes with the best possible fit at the very first step in.
Depending on the liner, the thermoforming lasts no longer than 8 minutes and the flex stays untouched to guarantee the best performance and comfort all day long!

IF LINER
Instant fit at the very first step in. In addition all IF liners are 40 - 80 % thermoformable.
IF Liner means Instant Fit Liner and stands excactly for this - instant fit at the very first step in! In addition all IF liners are thermoformable in a certain area (40 - 80 %, depending on the model) in only 4 minutes of heating to reach precise
