You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The absolutely waterproof material with a water column of 20,000 mm offers all-weather protection as well as excellent wear feeling thanks to the perfect breathability. Plus the down used in its production and which is so wonderfully warm, is RDS certified. So the wearer can be sure that the down and feathers inside her product were obtained from appropriately husbanded animals.

In addition to the well-being of the animals, the skier's feel-good factor is also tremendously important. This is further enhanced by the detachable snow guard and the fake fur trim on the hood. It prettily frames the face, and adds an extra touch of style.
