You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Experience a first-class winter in this highly functional 4D BODY MAPPING ski jacket by Schöffel. 4D BODY MAPPING ensures that the various materials are used exactly where the skier needs them.

The Bardoney ski jacket by Schöffel offers unrestricted freedom of movement and provides optimum protection against the weather. The Dermizax®EV outer material ensures that the jacket is permanently wind- and waterproof as well as highly breathable.
Rain, wind and heat don't stand a chance – the wear feeling is always excellent. In terms of thermal properties, the Schöffel jacket has nothing to hide. It is lined with THINDOWN®, which provides excellent thermal properties.

The RDS-certified down does not consist of individual feathers in the jacket but is integrated as a sheet. This means that no single feathers leave the jacket, so it provides excellent comfort.

If the wearer gets too warm when skiing, underarm ventilation is the answer. The integrated ski pass pocket and attached snow guard with silicone tape contributes to the comfortable skiing experience.

The numerous pockets with zips offer plenty of space for all the small items that are required on the slopes. Another important feature is the integrated RECCO® rescue reflector that can save lives after an accident.
