You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The new ALLTRACK 110 delivers an award-winning fusion of power, precision, and hiking performance in our anatomic 102mm "wide" fit. Compatible with WTR rockered soles, Alltrack offers ski-hike versatility combined with traditional alpine performance that continues to go unmatched. Sensor Grid shell technology and OptiSensor 3D Thinsulate™ liners deliver optimized foot wrapping, comfort, warmth and support.
 
Sensor Grid 102mm:
Two internal lasts based on the same construction, designed to fit as closely as possible to the foot with perfect anatomical wrap.102 mm for ALLTRACK models
 
Diagonal Buckles:
Patented diagonally-oriented buckles provide better shell wrap and fit, and are easier to align during entry and exit. The diagonal angle pulls the foot back into the heel pocket for increased support.
 
OptiSensor 3D liner:
OptiSensor 3D liners deliver a new level of optimized foot wrapping, comfort and support. Strategically placed materials in three-key fit zones maximize the interaction between the foot, liner, and shell. Softer ankle and instep areas increase comfort and foot wrapping. A stiffer heel cup provides superior heel lock, increasing support and control for enhanced performance. New Thinsulate™ lining increases warmth for all-day comfort. Impressive "out-of-the-box" fit with unparalleled performance.
The T3 version features anatomic ankle and instep areas with softer, customizable padding for absolute comfort.
 
Thinsulate Platinum:
This very thin fibre is used mainly in clothing thanks to its elasticity which supports freedom of movement. In a liner, it works ideally with the other materials to provide perfect foot support for great skiability.
 
Hike Mode:
A lever at the rear of the cuff lets you easily toggle between the SKI and HIKE positions. When the lever is pulled up, it creates a slight flexion to the front to unlock the cuff. Lever up: HIKE position - Lever down: SKI position

Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.
