14 Day No Quibble Returns.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

    This is the first time I have used The Ski Shop - Captains Cabin Sevenoaks and I can say I am very impressed with the fast and free delivery service, especially as I live in Wales. They are an exceptional and very professional company indeed. I have used this product before and it is awesome, quick to use and yes pop it in your rucksack whilst skiing and should you need to give a quick wax so convenient, easy to use, no mess or grease so clean and your skis are good to go. This product was selling on Amazon but The Ski Shop Captains Cabin was selling it cheaper and no delivery charge. I shall definitely be using you again to check out any kit I need for my ski next year. Keep on skiing thank you Captains Cabin.

    I have used this every time Im on slope and you can definitely notice the difference when its applied
