You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

With a moderate flex, precise fit and extreme sensitivity, the Atomic Hawx 90 is the perfect piste boot for newcomers and intermediate skiers.
 
 
Its hallmark is the i-Flex zone, which promotes natural forefoot flexibility, providing the skier with improved balance, better control and easier skiing. In conjunction with its precise fit, the ultra-stiff flex of the new premium model ensures maximum power transmission. This makes it the perfect boot for performance-driven, highly athletic all-mountain skiers. 
 
New heat mouldable liners.The Hawx 90 has a Sport T1 liner with Dynashape.
The Atomic Hawx 90 utilizes Dynashape, a revolutionary foam used in the liner that instantly adapts to the shape of the foot and retains its fit for an exceptionally long time, thereby ensuring supreme comfort. Thermal heat moulding of the liner done in-store in less than 20 mins enhances the best fit possible.
 
4 Micro adjustable Edge 7000 buckles, 35mm velcro power strap, Recco Avalanche rescue system, Sport T1 liner with Dynashape.

Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.
