14 Day No Quibble Returns.

You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Ski sock with a number of foot (shin, ankle and instep) reinforcements for total comfort. Practical and versatile, it’s perfect for skiing.
Developed in partnership with X-Technology.
 
Materials: Polyamide 45% (nylon), Acrylic 38%, Polypropylene 10%, Polyester 5%, Elastane 2%
 
X-Technology fibers: Xitaloft 38%, Nylon 32%, Robur™ 13%, Mythlan™ 10%, XITANIT® 5%, Elastane 2%
 
Easy to Wash
The socks can be washed up to 30°C. The optimised positioning of the heating elements helps to improve the life of the socks further, keeping them protected and safe.
 
Batteries:
The S-Pack 1200 is the most common battery used by our customers, making it the most popular among thousands of winter sports enthusiasts.
Warm feet for up to 14 hours.
Pack comes with a USB charger.
Wall charger not supplied.
 
The S-Pack 1200 features three heat levels – low, average and high. The battery times approximately are:
Low: 10 - 14 hours
Average: 5.5 - 7.5 hours
High: 3.5 - 4.5 hours
