You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The J4 is equipped with our recognized sensor Fit and provides more comfort, power, heat and simultaneously reduces all known problem areas. The 4-buckle system with adjustable shank ensures better grip and provides an easier fit for rapidly growing children. The COMP J4 Junior helps skiers to acquire solid basic skills and encourages them to experience the thrill of skiing.

SENSOR INSIDE
Designed for World Cup racing boots, our patented Sensor Inside technology appears narrower footbed, which brings together the three key points of the foot receptors in direct contact with the shell sole, for maximum power, control and feel.

DIAGONAL BUCKLES
The patented diagonally oriented buckles offer better skin contact and fit and are easier to align when dressing and undressing. The diagonal ankle pulling the foot back to the heel cup for better support.
