You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

Style lines borrowed from the Giro Seam combine with the innovative In Form Fit System for the best fit ever made. Plus, we’ve replaced those pesky, easy-to-lose vent plugs with an ingenious Weather-Strip Vent Shield.
 
In-mould construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet's impact-absorbing foam liner for extra durability without excess weight. The new Weatherstrip vent shield allows you to control the airflow into the helmet to keep your head at an optimum temperature without the need for removing vent plugs.
 
The inclusion of the Stack Vent system allows for the perfect integration with goggles and a large range of sizes ensures even the biggest heads will be fitted comfortably.

Technical Information
STACK VENT™
Our Stack Vent was developed based on research showing the majority of the warm air that can cause fogging exhausts from the center top vent of the goggle. Aligning the Stack Vent in the helmet with the center vent of your goggles helps to keep them clear and fog free while maintaining total helmet and goggle integration.
 
IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION
In-mold construction fuses a tough polycarbonate outer shell with the helmet’s impact-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows us to sculpt better ventilation systems, so In-mold helmets can be lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
