You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

To find your ski pole size, it’s ideal to wear your ski boots and even your skis. With the ski pole in hand, turn it upside down and grip the pole directly under the basket. Your upper arm must stay against your body and your elbow bent so the top of the pole grip is touching the floor. If the bend in your arm forms a 90 degree angle, the ski pole is the correct size.
 
If you don’t have a ski pole, use a broom stick, and follow the same steps as above. Then measure the distance between the top of your hand and the floor, and add 5cm.
 
Guide only as personal preference, ski ability /experience, feeling comfortable can/may effect choice too!

S3 ALLUMINIUM
S3 aluminum shafts are computer engineered and manufactured with highgrade aluminum that is rated to 65 000 PSI.
 
P-CORE GRIP
The P-Core Grip features soft thermoplastic rubber that is injection-molded over a polypropylene core. Soft thermoplastic rubber demands significantly less strength to grip the pole.
 
3.6 DISC BASKET
The 3.6 Disc Basket incorporates a high standard of engineering and design, blending aerodynamic efficiency and durability. The 3.6 disc basket is 6 centimeters in diameter.
 
The Ice Tip
The Ice Tip is diamond shaped for unbeatable hold in extreme conditions.
 
RE-ENTRY STRAP
SCOTT’s Re-entry Strap System featuring fast and easy adjustment with a buckle system. The Re-entry strap is found in combination with the P-Core Grip on selected S3 poles.
