You have the right to return the goods back to us within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are returned in resalable condition and with all the original product labels & tags. For Snow boots returns, PLEASE DO NOT write and tape over the boxes and send back unwrapped, as it is very hard to re-sell boots.; you may not receive a full refund. Late returns, after 14 days but within 30 days, a credit will be issued via reward points on your account. The buyer will be responsible for the cost and safe return of the goods. A Royal Mail Tracked Service is a good option to use. When this is satisfied a refund will be made. Returns form at bottom of page, or simply add a note with your name and details with the returns
Where the above criteria for return of goods are not fulfilled, the Buyer agrees to pay for any loss or extra costs incurred. To return goods, please complete our returns form and arrange for the item(s) to be returned at the buyer's cost. Whilst we will make every attempt to remedy this type of situation, we must emphasise it is in everyone's interest to ensure that the correct items are being ordered and are suited to your particular requirements.
For health and hygiene reasons Faulty/used dirty returns eg ski pants, jackets must be washed before being sent back to us.

The Avanti W 85is for athletic and ambitious all mountain women skiers who take their ski boot performance seriously. Powerful and precise with exceptional comfort and foothold, unique “Fit for Women” features and Center Balanced “Rocker” Stance. Ski with more control and greater comfort than you ever thought possible. The Avanti 85 IF comes equipped with custom heat moldable IF Performer innerboots that are super lightweight, warm and precise.

 
Ski Boots purchased in person from us all come with our "Fit Guarantee" When fitted with proper ski socks and footbeds/insoles
 
Our Guarantee is only given on recommended boots with recommended size taken with proper technical fitted ski socks, footbeds, either Sidas, Superfeet Trim to Fit, Superfeet Custom or Insta Print Custom Insoles.
 
Good quality ski socks and supportive insoles can solve most fit issues and improve, not only the fit and comfort but also your skiing. 
 
All our insoles, trim to fit or ones we have custom made for you are guaranteed too. 
 
After your initial purchase, try your boots on at home to bed them in more, before going skiing. If any problems arise from doing so we will re-fit or exchange. 
 
If after skiing in the boots you develop any problems we will again re-fit the boots at no extra cost. If the boot proves to be totally unsuitable after skiing in them for less than 14 days, they can be returned and we will issue a credit note less the "Fit
Guarantee Charge" i.e up to 30% of the price paid. Refunds will not be given.
 
The "Fit Guarantee" is only valid for the season in which the boots were purchased, and does not apply to boots purchased on-line.

Adjustable Cuff Spoiler

Durable high durometer polyurethane compound toes & heels for extended boot sole wear (Replaceable).

Rocker Stance
Today’s modern rockered skis and lateral skiing technique require a much more upright and neutral (flatter) stance.
Rocker Stance allows skiers of all stripes to take full advantage of their equipment by centering their body mass over the sweet spot of their skis for more power and control with less effort. Easy turn initiation with no slide, feel the ski length, maintain edge pressure for better control.

High-Flex plastic overlapping panels above instep zone for easier on & off handling and functionality in extreme cold temperatures.

Tiro Wool: Warm and Breathable Wool
Tyrolean mountain sheep are put out to pasture in grazings at about 2000 meters above the sea level all summer long, where they can eat only the best fodder. The healthy air, the rich pasture and the fresh water of the mountains foster the health of these animals and consequently influence the quality of the wool significantly . The result is a fleece made by long , straight and lightly wavy fibers, which is both strong and soft. Through the special Oxy-wash treatment the scales of the wool are eliminated without damaging the structure of the fibers . Thanks to this eco-friendly process the fiber of the fine Tyrolean mountains sheep’s wool becomes soft, odourless, hygroscopic and breathable.

Adjustable Canting
Permits skiers to align the lateral inclination of the upper cuff to the skier’s leg. Outside Hinge Cant Using 5mm Hex Tool, rotate the mechanism clockwise, or counterclockwise, to align boot cuff to desired position
